- Galpha to inhibit Adenylate Cyclase (AC)
- Inhibition of AC means DEC of enzyme's activity to cyclize AMP
- DEC in [cAMP] ruins PKA activity
- Closing Calcium (Ca)
- Opening Potassium Channels

- Coughing spasms with distinctive whoop
