a) Conventional:

1. Povidone-iodine 
• Betadine
2. Chlorohexidine
3. Isopropyl Alcohol
4. Sterile Water

b) Combined:

1. Isopropyl Alcohol with Chlorohexidine 
• ChloraPrep
2. Isopropyl Alcohol with Iodine 
•  DuraPrep
3. 
   

c) Preference Dictated Combinations

1.  Povidone-iodine with an alcohol wash
2. 50:50 solution of Sterile water and Chlorohexidine
