Steps
- Pyruvate + H -(Pyruvate Decarboxylase)-> Acetylaldehyde + CO2 - Pyruvate Decarboxyase
- Acetylaldehyde + NADH <-(Alcohol Dehydrogenase)-> Ethanol + NAD + H - Alcohol Dehydrogenase
- NADH produced in GAP is consumed in the reduction of Acetaldehyde --> Ethanol
